Chroneme was validated on data from 208 hospitals using the eICU Collaborative Research Database (eICU-CRD v2.0) and MIMIC-IV v3.1 from PhysioNet. When the same engine moved from eICU to MIMIC-IV without changes, 99.4% of performance was retained.
