Chroneme interprets the trajectory before there is a reason to look. Every signal, from every provider, across years. No black box, by design. Intelligence clinicians can question, understand, and trust.
We tested Chroneme on data from 208 hospitals, across 49,850 ICU stays. It detected deterioration more than 35 hours before standard scoring systems flagged anything. When the same engine moved to an independent database, 99.4% of performance was retained.

Chroneme has been retrospectively validated on 49,850 ICU stays across 208 US hospitals (eICU Collaborative Research Database) and 50,000 ICU stays from BIDMC, a Harvard teaching hospital (MIMIC-IV). It detected clinical deterioration hours to days before standard ICU early warning systems flagged anything.
AUROC 0.926 for Chroneme versus 0.849 for the best general-purpose AI (Claude Sonnet 4.6). Same data, same conditions. Deterministic clinical decision support outperforming black-box AI.
Lead time: median 35 hours before standard scoring systems. Validated across multiple patient populations, age groups, and ICU types.
